ECR Retail Loss to Host Food Waste Innovation Summit in Dublin This November

Last month’s ECR report on the hidden cost of unsold food sparked headlines worldwide. Now, building on that momentum, ECR Retail Loss invites retailers, brand owners and academics to the Food Waste Innovation Summit in Dublin on November 12-13.
The two-day meeting will include store visits, an innovation showcase and deep dives into the latest strategies. Participants will hear from leading researchers and retailers and take away practical ideas to reduce surplus and unlock hidden value in their operations. Other ECR Retail Loss events taking place this September will focus on self-checkout, safety and security.
